Michael Huynh
Michael Huynh is a co-founder of KOZMO. He comes from technology and is based in Australia. He founded KOZMO with Masha Omeragic, a cognitive psychologist based in the Netherlands.
Why he started KOZMO
He kept watching the same repair fail. A team would be diagnosed, something would get fixed, and then the person who understood why it worked would leave. A few months later the same dysfunction was back. So he started drawing the patterns instead, trying to find a language for them that would still be there after everyone went home.
His role at KOZMO
Michael is one of KOZMO's two founders. KOZMO Team Diagnostics are founder-led: a founder scopes each one with the organisation. Every message sent through the contact page reaches a founder.
The question behind it
Michael and Masha arrived at the same sentence from different work: what if behaviour could be understood with the same rigour as every other organisational system? That question became Behaviour Intelligence.
