The method
Six steps, and then again.
- MeasurePeople answer a structured assessment about what they actually do at work, and how often. The aim isn't to measure personality. It's to understand what keeps happening.
- DetectAnswers are analysed for patterns that repeat across a team. Instead of treating frustrations as one-offs, the analysis looks for the signal that recurs.
- QuantifyPresence is how widely a pattern is experienced. Severity is how strongly it shows up where it occurs. Two numbers, kept separate, because they answer different questions.
- UnderstandResults are read for priority areas and how they connect. The conversation moves from "something isn't working" to "we can see where the friction is concentrated".
