The short answer
What is Behaviour Intelligence?
Behaviour Intelligence is a way of measuring what people and teams repeatedly do at work, so the patterns behind recurring problems can be named, talked about and measured again over time.
It isn't a personality test, an engagement survey or a performance rating. KOZMO offers it two ways: KOZMO Me, a free 27-question Behaviour Snapshot for individuals, and KOZMO Team, a founder-led Diagnostic for organisations.
Why do you keep doing that?
Start with a free 27-question Snapshot. If you want the rest, the full Profile is €59 and Profile + Change is €99, both one-time.

Everyone on the call has their camera off except the presenter, who would also like their camera off.

The “quick question” is now in its second hour.
The reorganisation is complete. Everyone reports to someone new and does exactly what they did before.
The retrospective produced the same three actions as last quarter’s. Progress is described as “consistent”.
Why KOZMO
Work is full of patterns nobody chose. Most of us spot them in other people by lunchtime and in ourselves never. We take behaviour seriously. We just refuse to be boring about it.
Patterns beat personalities.
