Masha Omeragic
Masha Omeragic is a co-founder of KOZMO and a cognitive psychologist based in the Netherlands. She founded KOZMO with Michael Huynh, who comes from technology and is based in Australia.
Why she started KOZMO
Hers looked like a measurement problem and turned out to be a definition problem. Organisations were measuring sentiment, satisfaction and engagement, then wondering why nothing improved. If you are not measuring the right thing, you cannot know what to change. And if you do not understand why people fall into a pattern, the fix you choose quietly creates the next one.
Her role at KOZMO
Masha is one of KOZMO's two founders. KOZMO Team Diagnostics are founder-led: a founder scopes each one with the organisation. Every message sent through the contact page reaches a founder.
The question behind it
Masha and Michael arrived at the same sentence from different work: what if behaviour could be understood with the same rigour as every other organisational system? That question became Behaviour Intelligence.
