Questions about KOZMO Me
Before you start
Is the Behaviour Snapshot free?
Yes. The Behaviour Snapshot is 27 questions, free, and needs no account or card. Paid options are one-time payments: the Behaviour Intelligence Profile (€59) and Behaviour Intelligence + Change (€99).
Will my employer see my results?
No. KOZMO Me and KOZMO Team are separate products, and personal results are never shared with an employer.
Is it a personality test?
No. It asks how often you actually do things at work over the last three months. A result describes what you report, not who you are, and there are no types or percentiles. The longer answer.
