How long does the free Snapshot take?
It's 27 statements, one per screen, and it moves on by itself when you choose. We don't quote a time because we haven't measured it properly yet. You can save and finish later.
Do I need an account?
No. The free Snapshot needs no account and no card. Your answers stay in your browser on the device you used, until you buy a Profile.
Will my employer see my results?
No. KOZMO Me and KOZMO Team are separate products, and personal results are never shared with an employer.
Is this a personality test?
No. It asks what you actually tend to do at work, and how often. A result describes what you report, not who you are, and it can change.
How scientific is it?
It's built on published behavioural research and expert-designed. It isn't validated yet and there's no reference population, so you'll never see a percentile. The Research page lists four things we won't claim.
What do the paid options include?
The Behaviour Intelligence Profile (€59) covers all 30 capabilities. Behaviour Intelligence + Change (€99) adds a structured 30-day experiment, one reassessment and a descriptive summary of what moved. Both are one-time payments, with no subscription. Your 27 free answers carry forward.
Can I use it on another device later?
The free Snapshot stays on the device you used. After you buy, your answers are stored with your purchase, so they can follow you through your purchase link.
How does KOZMO Team work?
A founder scopes it with you, your people answer, and we take your leadership through what's present and how strongly. There's no price on this page because we design each Diagnostic with you. Talk to a founder.
Is "KOZMO" your final name?
It's a working name while we finish the trademark checks. The product today runs at thebimethod.com.
